hi there! i have a school microsoft 365 account that my school created for every student. i am in my last year and they delete these school emails after students graduate. i have many projects im very proud of and want to keep filed away somewhere. is there a way to keep these files when my account is deleted? if i sent these files to another account would i still be able to open the files? would either of these work? many thanks

If you have the option to download the files, you may do it and save it on your device. This will allow you to have a copy of the file even after your account gets deleted.
