Objective

  1. To sync my MS Teams meetings with my Google Calendar so that I can use just one Calendar.
  2. To Add my MS School account to my iPhone Calendar.

I tried many ways to do 1) but it just didn't seem possible. Please suggest if there is any way.

For objective 2, I saw that it's as simple as going to Settings on my iPhone > Calendars > Add Account. However, when I entered the email address, an error appeared: "The Microsoft Account doesn't exist. Enter a new one". I tried a different sign-in method by entering the phone number & password and then proceeding to create an alias but then the error was: "You cannot create an alias with a School or Work account.

Please help me!

Thanks

Apoorv

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description regarding "Unable to add my MS School Account to my iPhone" Regarding your first objective, After thorough research and testing, I found that currently it is not possible to sync your MS Teams meetings with your Google Calendar.

For the objective 2 about Adding your MS School account to my iPhone Calendar., would you mind offering below information:

    • May I double confirm that you get same situation when you try to add your account in outlook app?
    • May I double confirm that you checked with your school admin if there is no restriction for your device?
    • May I double confirm that you checked with your school Admin if your account still has license?(if you are not sure who is your admin, can refer this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).
    • Would you mind providing the entire screenshot of the error you are experiencing via private message for the privacy of your data?
    • Kindly provide the affected email or domain via private message for the privacy of your data? For data security reasons, please provide some above requested information in private message. Here are the steps for private message: Click on Account manager or your profile-->my profile-->View private message. (See below screenshot)
