Hello,

I cannot access the calendar in my team; it keeps showing for me (Teams is unable to access your calendar). Share the error message with your IT admin if the error persists. Error Code = CalendarEventsFetchFailed Error Message = Could not fetch calendar events from the user exchange mailbox endpoint returned by AutoDV2. Troubleshooting link = https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/exchange-integration/teams-exchange-interaction-issue

I have tried all possible solutions, but the error persist.

Thank you in advance

    Dear Fayzah Hus. Alhusssin,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Teams calendar. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Have you checked to ensure your computer’s date and time settings are correct? Incorrect settings can sometimes interfere with calendar access.
    2. Have you checked to make sure your Outlook calendar is set as the default calendar in your Outlook settings.
    3. Have you tried following the steps provided in Resolve interaction issues between Teams and Exchange Server - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn then try signing out of Teams and then signing back in?
    4. If you’re using Teams Rooms devices, enable the client-side setting for modern authentication. Refer to Teams Rooms devices can't fetch calendar from Exchange Online - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn.

If none of these steps work, please let me know and we can explore other solutions. Please note that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can find a solution together. Thank you for your help.
