Teams Reading Progress Insights no data available

Insights is not showing any data for Reading Progress completed through Teams.

Students have completed several reading progress assignments. They have been 'handed in' by students and 'returned' by the teacher. Insights does not acknowledge this activity and so there are no insights available.

This is the same when using the desktop and online through Edge. This is an ongoing issue over weeks.

The Insights Tab does not acknowledge their activity on Teams.

The Insights App does acknowledge their activity.

Insights data from previous Reading Progress assessments back in April is still available and viewable.

Any ideas?

    Hi there, thanks for answering.

    I have found the solution.

    The Reading Progress data only shows once the due date passes. I changed the due date and Insights instantly included data.

    Hope this assists others in the future.
