When i send word attachment documents it send me emails saying i need to give them access i want to turn this off so they can access without my consent constantly.

May I know if my understanding is right? If so, please follow some steps to solve this issue. I have tasted sending Word file as attachment in teams in various ways and found that this can happen because of permission issue.

You can choose Anyone with the link permission to share the word file. This is the best way to share the Word file. To choose right permission for your shared word documents please attach a word file in your Teams chat > click the dropdown arrow under the file name > Choose Anyone with the link > Click Apply and send the message.

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?     

• Could you please tell me how you are trying to attach the file and share it? If possible, please share a screenshot.
• Could you please confirm is the Word file stored in your local device or in SharePoint or OneDrive?
• Could you please confirm if there are new users continuously entering your teams?
• Could you please confirm are you attaching Word documents in chat or Files option in Teams?
