I am having a problem with your app OneNote.

I am having a problem with your app OneNote. The problem is not me being unable to upload the pdf to one note, edit/work on it or downloading it. The problem is that when I download it into a file, when I preview it, it makes page breaks before the page actually ends if that makes sense. This ends up cutting off my work as well. I was wondering if anyone else has had that problem, and how you would go about fixing it. Because I most likely would have to switch note apps if I can't download my work from one note without it being cutoff on all the pages.

    Dear Lucas Spencer,

    Welcome to the community!

Based on your description, I would like to clarify some details to better assist you. Can you give me more information about whether you are using the OneNote desktop app or the web? And could please send over a screenshot of the error or screen you're seeing. That would be really helpful! (You can hide your information on the image for privacy)

While waiting for your response, here are some suggestions to troubleshoot your issue:

In the meantime, you can try to adjust the page size and margins in OneNote, go to the View Tab, click on More Commands, and then select Page Setup followed by Paper Size. Set the paper size to match your desired output.

Otherwise, if you are using a smartphone, the OneNote app allows you to export your notes as a single long page PDF, removing grid or ruled lines but avoiding page breaks. Additionally, after exporting to PDF, you can manually adjust your OneNote pages by adding space to move content onto the next page. Although this can be time-consuming, it helps avoid cut-offs.

I hope the solutions above work for you! If you want any further information or support, please let me know!

    Best regards,
