There isn’t an option for emails under notifications and these alerts are really annoying.

May I double confirm that Missed activity emails options is turned off in settings? To check this, click on three dots ... (top right corner) --> Settings -->Notification and activity--> Make sure that Missed activity emails set to off. Manage notifications in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support [fda8-e35c-dfa-5516]
Would you mind providing the screenshot which shows the subscription you are using? To check this kindly sign into My account (office.com) -->Subscription
May I know if you are using Mobile, windows or mac device?
May I know the Teams version you are using? To check this kindly go to three dots ... (top right corner) --> Settings --> About
Would you mind provide the screenshot which show the notification you are experiencing via private message for the privacy of your data? For data security reasons, please provide some above requested information in private message. Here is the steps for private message: Click on Account manager or your profile-->my profile-->View private message. (See below screenshot)
