Error in Installing Microsoft Teams (Work or school),

Hi,

I have recently ordered Galaxy Go Laptop, Although the product is satisfactory, it does have limitations, particularly regarding the Teams app for school and work. 

I am unable to install the School/work MS Teams app on my Samsung device. I am receiving the following error message: [error message].

Can not open app package

Publisher – Microsoft corporation

Version 23257.2681.2432.4374

This App package is not supported for installation by App Installer because it uses certain restricted capabilities.

Can someone help me to fix this issue ?

    I just ran into the same error (Version number not compared). This is what worked for me:

    1. Download and install Microsoft Teams from Microsoft Store. -- I had Microsoft Teams (old/home) already installed, which obviously limited my account to personal accounts.
    2. On ribbon at the top, on the left, there's "switch" that offers for you to try the new Microsoft Teams. Following that prompt, and you should be able to download the Teams for work and school automatically.

    Not sure if you got this fixed, I just ran into this error and updating the app installer on the Microsoft Store worked for me. It stopped saying what capabilities it needed and just asked to confirm the install!
