Tools that support reading fluency and comprehension through guided practice and feedback
Dear respected,
Thanks for your detailed sharing back with us. From our test tenant, teacher accounts can check Student View for reading progress assignments on iPad and Mac devices.
In this situation, as you mentioned the issue is happening on all teachers in your school while not the students, even for a same device, it is highly possible that there could be a temporary server-side issue or some related setting cache in the tenant side for teacher licenses, which both needs to be investigated through the remote section and collect error logs from back-end to fix this for you and all teachers.
Indeed, the IT department may not be able to locate the issue cause if there shows no Service Incident in Microsoft Admin Center, so simply ask the admin to raise a free support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center and report the issue to the related team to get the proper and dedicated support.
The support team there can help you remotely and collect logs to find out what exactly happened that caused the feature conflict. Usually the admin account is owned by someone in the school IT department. Provide this article to them and the online engineers will contact you in 30mins.
