Yes, you can find out who deleted your files. The deleted files will be moved to the SharePoint site recycle bin, and you can see the deleted by column to see who deleted the file. You can also restore the deleted file from the recycle bin.

Please follow the below steps on how to check who deleted the file:

Go to the channel where the file was deleted.
Click on the Files tab.
Click on the Open in SharePoint button.
In the SharePoint site, click on the Recycle bin.

You will see a list of all the deleted files, along with the deleted by column.

Note: If you want to restore the deleted file, you can simply click on the Restore button.
