I understand that you have a query on how to import calendar invites from outlook into Teams. May I kindly know if you are using the same M365 account to login Teams and Outlook? If you are using a personal account like Hotmail/Gmail.com, please let me know.

Please note that Teams relies on Exchange Online. By default, the Teams calendar syncs with the calendar in the corresponding Exchange Online mailbox. If you are logged into the same account in both applications, the calendar should sync automatically and creating events in Teams will show up in Outlook and vice versa.

If you are using a different account in outlook and teams, then the one logged into Teams, there it might not be possible for Teams to pull this information since these are two different accounts.
