Blank screen on student iPad for reading progress assignment

I have assigned several reading progress programs to my students. However when they tap 'let's go' it loads a blank screen. Microphone and camera are allowed and it says recording but blank screen. Please can you assist.

An answer from my colleague from community as well: Does the situation only happen in Teams application? If student use browser and access Teams for the web application, can they load Reading Progress?

Feel free to let us know the result when you test Reading Progress by using Teams web app in browser.

If issue still happens, we'd like to confirm that if you try a different assignment with Reading Progress, just for test purpose, does same situation still happen on iPad? This can help you narrow down the situation and check whether the issue happens in a specific assignment.
