i schedule exam from Microsoft learning which is Azure DP-900 data fundamental i fill the details in which i give my name Ritik Rajpal but in my personal id i have my name only Ritik that why exam conductor is cancel my exam my exam so help me to change my name only Ritik in my exam detail

Unfortunately, you cannot directly edit your name on a scheduled Microsoft exam through Microsoft Learning. However, there is a process to request a name change on your Certification profile, which will then update your exam details. Here's how to do it:

Submit a Name Change Request:

Visit the Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request Form [search microsoft certification profile name change request ON Microsoft trainingsupport.microsoft.com]. Fill out the form accurately, ensuring your new name matches your ID exactly (Ritik in this case). Submit the request. Processing Time:

Allow 48 hours for Microsoft to process your name change request. Reschedule Exam (Optional):

Once you receive confirmation of the name change (usually via email), you can reschedule your exam through Microsoft Learning.

There is no option for Microsoft Certification Profile Name Change Request Form in trainingsupport.microsoft.com pls provide that form
