Organizing and updating events, classes, and meetings within the Teams calendar

There are a couple of reasons why Teams invites created from your calendar might not be getting sent out to other personal email accounts.
However, to better understand the problem and provide a solution, we need more details from you, please provide us with the following information. Thank you.
1-Please ask the attendees if they can see the meeting invite in the spam, if not try to use the teams web to see if you are facing the same issue.
As temporally solution check if the meeting event is available in your calendar if yes right click on the event copy the meeting link and try to send the link to the attendees using outlook.
2-Please in order to identify the real cause of the issue kindly ask help from your admin or IT department. Ask them to run the extended message trace and share the csv file in private message wit us. It will help us to find the cause of the issue and advice.
