Teams uploading issues

Is there currently a problem with MS Teams? I have been trying to upload something for 12 hours and the upload speed is terribly slow. I have checked my connection speed and it is fine so it is not an internet connectivity issue

    Hi Shane,

    My apologies if you are experiencing this issue. Let me help you!

    Let's clear teams' cache, this will help us prevent this issue from happening.

    1. Right click on Microsoft Teams app icon and Quit
    2. Press Windows key, hold it and press r
    3. Paste the following into Run Window

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams

    1. Copy everything from this folder to some other place in your computer. Hence, it means that you will have a backup.
    2. Now delete everything within this folder
    3. Open Microsoft Teams app and now check

    Once done, try to re upload and check if the issue still persists.
