    Mavleen, unfortunately no one from this community forum can review account and billing information.

    You can talk to a support rep instead.

    On your computer, launch the Get Help app from the start menu, then type in Billing as the keyword. On the next page, you can click on "Contact support" button. Then fill out a few more details and you will be directed to the page where you will have the option to chat with a live support agent.

    I had checked that already, I guess I do see a subscription but I dont see a price, do you mind checking that for me and give me details about it

    Hello Mavleen, this is Emily.

    You can go to https://account.microsoft.com, sign in with your Microsoft account. Then click on services and subscription to see if you have any active one listed and the price, renewal information, etc.
