How do I change the download folder location in the New Teams for macOS (2024)? Did they remove this feature?

I want to change where files download on my Mac. I used to be able to set this but now I can't find the setting.

    Thanks. I combined your suggestion and another to get the desired result (downloads go to my Desktop).
