    Hello SAIF11C023080,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. My name is Eunice and I am happy to assist you today.

To delete your Microsoft Teams data, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Teams settings
    2. Click on "Privacy"
    3. Click on "Data and storage"
    4. Click on "Delete data"
    5. Select the types of data you want to delete (e.g. chat history, files, etc.)
    6. Confirm that you want to delete the data

Note: Deleting your Teams data will permanently remove it from your account and may not be recoverable.

Another option is to clear cache in Teams, find link for Microsoft article below: https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache

If you want to delete your entire Teams account, you can:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Teams settings
    2. Click on "Account"
    3. Click on "Delete account"
    4. Confirm that you want to delete your account

Note: Deleting your Teams account will also delete all associated data, including chat history, files, and more.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Kind regards Eunice

SAIF11C023080, to delete a school account in Microsoft, contact your school's IT department: Reach out to your school's IT department or administration to request account deletion. They may have specific procedures or policies for deleting accounts.

Remember, deleting your school account will also delete all associated data, so make sure you've saved any important files or information before proceeding.
