Dear Microsoft,
I am a teacher, and over the years I have (since 2012)collected a lot of certificates and badges on the educator account. Earlier it used to be 'Partners in Learning' then moved to the educator academy.
I am an MIE, In 2012 I participated in the Gulf MENA region microsoft forum, was a winner in that platform and had the estemeed oppurtunity to later present my microsoft project in the Global forum in prague held later that year.
Attaching a few pictures as evidence to this post.
Besides this my progress with many self learning courses has disappeared. I am not able to reactivate or open my educator account . Please help. Microsoft Certification

Dear Parveen Ibrahim,
Good day.
Based on your description we understand that you accumulated numerous certificates and badges on your educator account since 2012. These achievements include participating in the Gulf MENA region Microsoft forum, winning in that platform, and presenting a project at the Global forum in Prague. However, currently you are unable to access your educator account and has lost progress on many self-learning courses. So you need assistance to reactivate your account and recover their certificates and badges. If my understanding is correct
