Managing contact access by blocking or unblocking users in Teams Free
Dear Rahmad Syukur,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "why i can't block another account?".
May I know how are you blocking the account, are you referring to blocking account that always disturbing you in Microsoft Teams? Basically, in Microsoft Teams, you can block user account to prevent them from being able to contact you by clicking on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the person's name in the chat or channel > Click on "Manage teams" from the dropdown menu > Select the "Blocked" tab at the top of the window > Click on "Add blocked user" and enter the person's email address or name > Click "Block" to confirm.
Have you tried the above steps and getting any error message?
Blocking someone in Teams will prevent them from being able to send you messages, calls, or meeting invitations, and it will also remove their access to any shared files or content that you've collaborated on. If you're part of the same team, they'll still be able to see your presence status and any conversations you have in the team channel, but they won't be able to interact with you directly.
I hope the above information will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if I've got you wrong. We are glad to assist you. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thanks for your precious time!
Sincerely,
De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
