why i can't block another account?

i have a community teams and an account always disturbing me so i want to block him

    Hi,

    Are you using the mobile app? If you don't, please do so to access your account and block the user. If it's from Chat, click on arrow the arrow (>) **** beside the user's name, then, tap on their photo. Afterwards, the Block contact option should appear on the screen.

    Another method is from the Community page. If you see a post from the user, just click on their photo and then Block contact.

    When we block someone, we won't receive any Teams communications from them. They'll still be able to see our messages in group chats.

    Hello sir, thank you for the answer.

    But my problem haven't finish yet. I click the three dots in the chat but i didn't found an option "manage teams". This is the option that i screenshot from my teams sir.

    can you solve it sir? i got my microsoft teams account from my collage and is the collage account can't block another user in micrososft teams? big thanks for your last answer and your precious time sir.
