Microsoft Teams channel disappearing from application

Based on your description regarding "Microsoft Teams channel disappearing from application". May I double confirm that Viewing chats and channels set to Separate? To check this kindly go to three dots(...)-->Settings-->Chats and channels--> then Make sure that Viewing chats and channels set to Separate And Make sure that Filters turned off (Kindly see below screenshot) then check if it will make any difference

May I please confirm that you get same situation in both Teams for Desktop and Teams on Web (https://teams.microsoft.com/)?

Thanks for yourreply, I observe that the settings you provided are under notifications and activity which is different to the settings I provided. Kindly inform them to check under chats and channels and then then Make sure that Viewing chats and channels set to Separate And Make sure that Filters turned off (Kindly see the above reply screenshot).

May I please know if the issue they are experiencing is unable to receive notification?

May I please confirm that you get same situation in both Teams for Desktop and Teams on Web (https://teams.microsoft.com/)?

I have the same issue where only 1 of my TEAMS channels is present and only the last person is present in my chat. Additionally, I don't have the Chats and Channels topic in my Settings options.
