Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Based on your post question category, we would like to confirm issue that you are not able to change profile picture from Teams app. So given this situation, request you to please kindly provide us entire screenshot of your issue.

Teams is part of Microsoft 365 and we can also change our profile picture from Microaoft365 site, so request you to please kindly follow the steps mention in Add your profile photo to Microsoft 365 to check if you can change your profile picture.

You can also check with other users (your colleague) to check if they can change profile picture for their account. It help us to narrow down the issue. Your co-operation will be highly appricated.
