No 'Check ins' for a student on their Reflect tab in a Class Microsoft Team

Hi,

I have inserted a 'Reflect' check-in to a Class Notebook page that students have responded to:

However, when the student goes to the Team themselves, and to the 'Reflect' option for that Class Team, it doesn't show any responses:

This is the same for all the students in the Class Team. Please help as I am using this Class as a test before we encourage other teachers to adopt this into their lessons.

John.

    Hi Dr Carlin,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

As the Check-ins can be added to any page in a Class Notebook. If it is in the content library, students will be able to respond even though they cannot edit the rest of the page. If it is in a distributed page, the results will be compiled for easy reading.

    Yes, I tested and created and added welcome page in the Class Notebook pages for 'Understanding of the content'. Here is my test screenshot for your reference;

    Screenshot for Teacher end:

    Screenshot for student end:

The Reflect check-in appear in your Class Notebook page(not a Reflect tab of class Team)

If possible could you please confirm does another class notebook also got the same problem. Also, does another users in your organization meet the same behaviour as well, it will help for us to narrow down your problem.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad

    Hi,

The Reflect check-ins created for the Class Notebook pages associated to the Team were all for 'Understanding of the content'.

It is the same issue for students in that Class Team.

    Dear Dr Carlin,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

Based on my test result, it seems that I cannot meet the same behaviour as like you described above, when I Reflect check-in to a Class Notebook page. For your reference: Reflect check-ins in Class Notebook

Here is my test screenshot for our reference:

    Student end view:

Since you mentioned, "This is the same for all the students in the Class Team." may I know does the problem happened to specific class Team or all Class Team channel? it will help for us to narrow down your problem.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
