Teams - Server Error in '/' Application.

A few of the staff at my company is having problems viewing documents mainly through teams but it also happens in OneDrive.

The error code has a description that says: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelt correctly.

Requested URL: /wv/wordviewerframe.aspx

We have inspected the URL of the document and the URL shown isn't the same as the document that we tried to open.

Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies for the delayed reply.

This happens mainly when viewing documents on the browser but has also happened when using the app.

It can happen in Teams and OneDrive.

I will ask the users to clear the cache and see what happens.

May I confirm if the issue only occurs when viewing the documents in the Browser version of Teams and OneDrive?

What will happen if using the Teams desktop client or open the file via OneDrive sync client?

Also, if it only happens in the browser, please suggest your end users to clear their browser cache and cookies, or using the Incognito session to open Teams or OneDrive. See if the same issue persist.

Meanwhile, if the suggestion above does not solve the issue, it would be appreciated if you can provide us a screenshot of the HTTP 404 page.
