Reflect App in Teams not Displaying Respondent's Names

I use the Reflect app in Teams to check-in with my students. When I post a Reflect Card in a Channel and choose the Creator only -- Names displayed to the creator onlyoption, I am unable to see my students' names listed under the response options. 

I am using a Mac, and the error persists on both the desktop and web applications. Colleagues in my institution do not experience this error. 

Any idea why this might be happening and what I can do to fix it? Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for your posting.

    You can try to use other PC re post a Reflect card. If issue still persist, I think it is related to reflect server, we cannot do any things to fix on our side, and sorry for the inconvenience, please kindly wait for next update, you can also go to Teams UserVoice to report this.

    Thank you Regina! I've tried using multiple devices (all Mac), so it might be a server issue.
