    I tried it but there is no leave the team option after pressing 3 dots.

    You can leave a team at any time by going to the team name and clicking More options ... three-dot button > Leave the team.

    Please be advised that there are Teams features not available on the mobile app. So, try it from MS teams web/desktop app, for web app access https://teams.microsoft.com
