Hello, im a student with online classes want to ask if Microsoft teams can be installed on samsung galaxy tab A????

    Bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (10.4″ – WiFi) for the purpose of attending MS Teams online classes for my daughter. Highly disappointed to know that microphone is not working properly during classes. My kid keeps trying to speak and answer but no one is able to hear her. Microphone is working properly on other applications like Videos / Audio recording. Need a fix for it at the earliest or the complete investment goes waste. Kindly suggest if anyone knows about the fix.

    Hi DidiMD & Microsoft Support Team,

    I have downloaded the Microsoft Teams app from the Google Playstore but I still could not log in due to the error message of "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in, please try again."

    I have also cleared the cache on my mobile phone but the issue still persist. I tried accessing another Office app like Onedrive but I still encountered an error with it with the similar error message.

    i face the same problem , so tray to down load from outsource  on Samsung TAB

    but unfortunate after downloaded from APKPUR they give me error massage ,,,

    Yes, it can be installed on your device. You can download it from the Play Store and sign in using your school credentials. Please take note though that the Teams mobile app features are limited compared with the desktop version.
