Hi, Alan Levi. I understand you need to find the location where new Teams exe and logo images are stored.
New Teams is MSIX package and install location is "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams_25163.3611.3774.6315_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe". I have found exe and logo images in the folder.

App packages are installed on a per-user basis instead of system-wide. The default location for new packages on a new machine is under
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\<package_full_name>, with the executable named app_name.exe.
The "WindowsApps" folder is hidden by default. To allow access to the files inside that folder, steps explained like following site are required. I hope this helps.
The easiest way to access files in the "WindowsApps" folder is by using Windows File Explorer.
When the App is running, open Windows File Explorer. Locate there the active App file. Right click on this file and select the "Open file location" option.
