Have you tried to delete the windows hello container with the following command? certutil -DeleteHelloContainer

After executing this command you have to reconfigure windows hello.

This is an old thread from last year. The chances are the OP has moved on and found the answer somewhere else. To find a list of current questions, please use the additional filters you see above the question list and select created

This sorts the questions by the date created. Showing the latest ones at the top of the list and the older ones at the bottom.
