I keep getting BSOD. When viewing event viewer it indicates that the error is due to a bug check. I downloaded WinDbg to open the .dmp files, but am not good enough at reading through the .dmp to understand specifically what I would need to do to try and resolve the issue.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.
