Does anyone purchase software for their nonprofit using tech soup?

Does anyone purchase software from tech soup.org. I use tech soup.org to purchase software for my nonprofit. It has been very reliable until now. I am trying to purchase Windows 11 and I cannot put it in my cart because I keep getting messages that walk me through three steps. I have completed all of the registration that is required. I have authorized tech soup to be the purchaser for Microsoft products. I have been authenticated. I have not received anything since July 4 when I tried to purchase. It is now July 12 and I have not received any emails from tech or Microsoft. I then went back in and try it again and had to go through the same three steps. It does not let me go past those three steps. Does anyone know when I will receive something so I l can add Windows 11 to my cart and purchase it so I can download it. Please help. Thanks.
