    Hi Connie Chou,

Based on your description, I understand that you're finding a way to get a recording expired by policy.

According to the doc below, an expired recording is moved to OneDrive recycle bin of meeting organizer and it remains there for 93 days. I hope it helps.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/meeting-recording#deletion-of-recordings

On the expiration date, the recording is moved into the recycle bin

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restore-deleted-files-or-folders-in-onedrive-949ada80-0026-4db3-a953-c99083e6a84f

If you're signed in with a work or school account, items in the recycle bin are automatically deleted after 93 days.

Feel free to share any additional information when convenient. I’ll continue to support you as best I can.
