I accidentally spilled a bit of water on my surface book keyboard, but I didn’t think anything happened to the laptop so I kept using it. Everything has been working fine, but every now and then the laptop does a thing where it disconnects from the keyboard (like a “disattachment”) and then connects back again. Should I be worried?? It charges fine still.. Please let me know.

Yes, it’s something you should be concerned about. Even if your Surface Book still works, the keyboard disconnecting every now and then could mean there’s some water damage. Thanks for letting me know.. I’ve disconnected the keyboard and have put both in an upright position to drain out the water and I’m going to leave it for the next day or two, do you think that would be enough? Sorry for lots of questions
