Why is there no "Show All Devices" button in Windows 11 Home Bluetooth Add Device Page?

I am trying to pair a Bluetooth device on a client's laptop. The laptop is running Windows 11 Home (no outstanding updates). When I go to the Add Device page in Bluetooth settings I cannot see the device. I have a laptop running Windows 11 Enterprise. When I go to the Add Device page I have a button that says show all devices. When I hit that, I can see the device I want to pair and pair without issue. The Windows Home version does not have this Show All Devices button, so I cannot pair it. Any ideas of why this is?

Hi, thanks for reaching out, glad to assist you today! That button usually appears on Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise and not on Home edition, as it's linked to extended pairing options for certain device types or business use. On Home, it only shows common device categories like audio or input devices.

As a workaround, try putting the Bluetooth device in pairing mode and use Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a device, which may show more devices. Also, make sure the latest Bluetooth drivers are installed from the device manufacturer or Windows Update.

    Hope it helps!

    Regards,
