That button usually appears on Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise and not on Home edition, as it's linked to extended pairing options for certain device types or business use. On Home, it only shows common device categories like audio or input devices.
As a workaround, try putting the Bluetooth device in pairing mode and use Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a device, which may show more devices. Also, make sure the latest Bluetooth drivers are installed from the device manufacturer or Windows Update.
