I tried to export the list in powershell, but i very less details, one of my friend export in some other way, he got some other users.

To quickly view the list of forwarded mailboxes, you can use this PowerShell command after connecting to EXO.
get-mailbox * | fl PrimarySmtpAddress,ForwardingSmtpAddress
The new Exchange online admin center has Auto forwarded message report:
If you want to find all forwarded emails (Auto and manually), you will need use script like michev provided. You can add "Office-Exchange-Server-Dev" on your thread.

Why is your script SOOOOOO big? This is way overkill! Sorry You can easily do something like this a pipe it out to an export-csv Get-mailbox -ResultSize unlimited | select DisplayName,ForwardingAddress | where {$_.ForwardingAddress -ne $Null}
And then you will have an incomplete report that's missing all the other methods that forwarding can be set up via.
