I am trying to submit my Edge extension. However, I am getting an error message, and reaching out to support have been bouncing me around for the last month with no one able to resolve my problem. Would anyone know who I can chat with to help me register with the Microsoft Edge program on Partner Center?

The error I am getting is

To submit Microsoft Edge Add-ons you must register and sign-in using a Microsoft account (Outlook/Live/Hotmail). To use your work/business account, kindly work with your email administrator to permit you to access Microsoft Partner Center.
If you are already registered for the Microsoft Edge program on Partner Center and you believe this is an error, try deleting your browser cookies and then login again.
