I ourchased my sb2 in the microsoft store with the 2 year complete warranty. All paid for. When i look at my invoice the warranty just shows pending. Its been about a month now. When i check my device warranty it isnt showing with it. What is going on?

I got an answer.. But this seems off. Microsoft doesn't offer this for refurbished units sold on the Microsoft Store, yet it is advertised on the sales page for it.
Once again, frustrated with how the store is run. Not only that, I can never get to a support person in the USA, it's always a foreigner with a strong middle eastern accent. Very difficult to understand.
Is there a number to call so I can get to a US call center?
