Subject: Misleading Bing Search Result for Sal****** Exe****** Travel

Hi, I’m reporting a persistent issue with Bing search results. When users search for Sal***** Ex******** Travel* (my business), Bing displays a listing for Sal****** Ex******** Transport* (sal*****.co.uk), which is completely unaffiliated.

My business is Sal****** Ex******** Travel*, based in Edinburgh, operating under sal***********travel.com. We’re verified on Bing Places under account number A-3*************C.

This misrepresentation is confusing clients and affecting visibility. I’ve submitted feedback through Bing Search and Bing Places but haven’t received any response.

I’d appreciate help escalating this to the appropriate team to ensure accurate search representation.

Thank you, Yvonne

    Hello Yvonne,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

I understand that your Bing Places listing is not being represented correctly on Bing. I will be more than happy to assist you further and I hope that the information provided here will also be of some help to you.

Once your listing has been verified, it has to go through a publish cycle or publish ETA before it goes fully live on Bing with its latest updates. The publish cycle normally takes around 10 days. After successful verification, listings are processed by Bing for publishing. Publish ETA will be available next to the 'Verified' status' and the publish cycle message with the exact date of publication is expected to appear on the green moving banner at the top of the listing's page. If the listing details are not represented correctly after the end of the publish cycle, we can escalate the matter for potential corrections.

Our Bing Places support teams are happy to discuss your query in more detail. Please see our bingplaces.com/supportpage for details.

I have also sent you a private message asking for further details. You are more than welcome to respond to me so that I can begin the investigation on my end.

    Kind regards,
