Hi folks, I know you will also be facing same issue because bing is worst advertising platforms now a days.
I am working with Google Ads from last 7 years & never seen this type of **** things.
If We will create a account then Will verify our identity, We will add payment method & Bing will block it ti say Violation in Your Content. **** is that? Where is the content? we have not putted even a campaign now.
To be honest there is no benefit on Chat support as well because they saved auto replies & will send bucks of message blah blah blah, Nothing else.
If you will do appeal they will demand details & will say Please Wait for 710 Business day. Are you serious ? Are you guys have 10-15 support Agent to have a look at applications? Then after 7 days reply will be "Suspension Upheld". Seriously **** This Platform & send your all agents & administration to Google Ads & take some leaning classes from them "How they response & how they care for their users"
MS should be ashamed for doing such a **** things being a Famous Advertising Platform.

They have the worst support in the industry. They can't even get my conversion tracking working after wasting two weeks of my time. It's no wonder Google has taken over. MS is clueless and can't even operate their own system.
