Bing Ads Intelligence Tool Installation Problem

I am trying to install Bing ads intelligence tool in Home PC. I have Excel 2016 version. The installation file shows success message that the tools has been installed.

But in the Excel the Bing ads intelligence menu don't appear.

I tried several times to uninstall and install the tool but don't work. I have already installed this tool in Office PC and using smoothly. Can you please suggest what to do?

Good Morning Nasir,

Since it appears that the tool is already installed, perhaps it has not been enabled. Usually after the install a restart of excel is required to enable the tool. If this does not resolve the issue, you can check and manage Add-in such as Bing Ads Intelligence from the Options area in Excel. From your main screen go to file and the in the menu on the left, select options. You will get a screen that looks similar to this:

Select the Add - In Menu. You Should see Bing Ads Intelligence in the list. If you have more than one type of add in be sure that you select under Manage : COM Add ins and then select go

Ensure that the check mark is in the box for Bing Ads Intelligence - if not please check the box and select OK
