Account Limits for an MCC

Hi all,

I work at an agency that manages about 800 Google Ad accounts currently in the apartment marketing sector. We want to push all of these into Bing as well. However, we have run into account limit restrictions in the past that have prohibited us from pulling them all over.

As we plan out this process, I wanted to know if anyone had insight into the Microsoft Ads account limits for an MCC and the best way to solve this issue. Last time we ran into an account limit issue we had to spend a certain amount at that limit before it could increase. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Hello Riley (Digital Marketer)

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Community Forum!

I understand from your statement that you're managing multiple Google ad accounts and transitioning it over to Microsoft Ads but encountering a problem with account limits. Microsoft Ads allows minimum accounts on new manager account creation.

Be aware that account limits may vary based on your spending history and account performance. Accounts with a higher spend may have increased limits.

Increasing Account Limits:

If you encounter account limit restrictions, you may need to demonstrate continued spending and performance improvements. Microsoft Ads may gradually increase your limits as your account's performance meets their criteria. I would recommend reaching out to us via private messaging, chat or phone for an account review so we can do an assessment to increase your account limitations.

Our support teams are happy to discuss your account in more detail via phone, chat or email to provide review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

I hope the information provided here was helpful to you as well.  If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support. You are also more than welcome to respond to my private message if you need further assistance from my side.

Kind regards,
