Where can I see IP addresses on my advertising report?

Trying to figure out how to FIRST find the IP addresses clicking on my ads so that I may SECONDLY block them. There are plenty of tutorial results showing you how to BLOCK IP addresses, but not how to FIND THEM FIRST.

Is there a type of report that lists the IP addresses? I've tried to generate a few different reports, but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Yes, we have an option to block specific IP addresses from showing your ads. How to prevent your ads from showing to certain people (microsoft.com)

    but currently we don't have an option to show IP addresses. Typically, our advertisers use 3rd party tracking tool to gather this data and uses our exclusion feature.
