Banned Advertising Account: Plastic Surgery

I set up a new account that advertises plastic surgery and it was banned upon review. I spoke to support and they're not re-instating the account or telling me why it was banned.

I can see that other advertisers are doing the same thing, so I don’t understand why mine was banned.

I see in the advertising terms of use that I'm not allowed to advertise anything that requires a prescription, but this surgery doesn't.

Can anybody help me understand why the account was banned?
