Google Ad & MS Ad Sync

Some weeks ago I synced by Google Ads with MS Ads. Since then I have problems. I assign specific budgets to the MS Ads but they are overwritten after a day again with the same budget that I set in Google Ads. That was never my intention and make even not much sense.

I already tried to change the budgets for Campaigns twice, and it change back without even asking.

How I disable the sync, but I did not find a way to do it. Any idea?

Frank

Hello Frank.

It seems - when you first imported your Google Ads campaigns in MS Ads - you set ad automatic scheduled sync.

To solve that you should go in your MS Ads account>Import>Planning&Chronology (it's in the top bar menu: maybe in the english version the name is different as I use the italian version).

In that section you'll find all the automatic and planned activity: you should find a planned import; select it and pause/cancel/modify it.

Let me know if everything is clear and if you solve the issue please.

Ciao

Gaetano
