Microsoft Account Suspended

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a Microsoft ads account. All I did was signup for the account, did account verification and added a payment method. I did not create any campaign yet. I am a tutor and offer home tuition for different subjects including maths, physics, chemistry, biology. As soon as I added the payment method my account was blocked and later got an email saying my account has been suspended for Violation of Egregious Policy. I contact microsoft ads support and did a chat with Raquel and she suggested that it is not me violating any policy rather the reason seems to be a new account which sometimes gets auto blocks to prevent fraud. She advised me to fill an appeal form which I did and got a response that suspension is being upheld. I really don't know what is wrong as I have to at least create an ad in order to run into a violation. I haven't even completed the setup yet. This is literally a blank account which had been verified and has payment method attached to it. Looking for any suggestions or help.

Regards

Nishant

Hello, I would tell you that I have exactly the same thing. When I fill the appeal, it was written that someone will contact me by email. In fact, I got only the information that suspension is being upheld. Probably a chat robot... I will try to call directly to them. The most funny, but it isn't, it's that I have already a verified account in Google, and can diffuse my ads normally with Google ads. And in Microsoft ads, it's possible to import the Google information. When I imported the information, it works, and my google email appears in my microsoft profile . But the rest of the importation (ads information) didn't work.. So I did it manually. For Microsoft ads, I used the email of my company which is different from the one I used with Google ads... is this maybe the problem?
