I do NOT want my ads to show up on mobile devices

I don't want my ads showing up on mobile devices (phones / tablets). How can I remove or disable this feature. It appears as if Bing has not given me an option to turn off / disable mobile devices, and that this is automatically enabled by default. This doesn't make any sense because that choice of where ads are being displayed has to be decided upon by the Ads Customer. And I don't want the mobile devices. How may I either turn off or disable?

I've gone to Advanced Targeting Options, Devices, and tried to decrease the bids.

On the Tablets it won't allow me to decrease the bids by less than 20%.  Decreasing by 20% is not the same as turning off or disabling. Therefore that's not really solving the problem. How can I keep my ads from showing up on the tablets? What can I do to solve this?

Thanks

Hi Sunshinecc,

You can return to the Advanced Targeting Options > Devices screen to exclude smartphones from your campaign. You can do this by modifying your smartphone bid to "decrease by 100%." This will set your smartphone bids to zero, effectively excluding smartphones from your campaigns.

Tablet traffic and PC traffic are generally similar enough that we currently don't support excluding tablet traffic altogether. We have a Bing Ads FAQ about Device Targeting that explains this more in depth.

We are always looking for ways to improve our product. Why are you interested in excluding tablets from your campaigns?

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us,

Thank you for a helpful reply. I appreciate it. To answer your question. I won't always want to disable mobile / tablets only sometimes. I just didn't necessarily want it always added in automatically without having the option to discourage (decrease) it when desired.

Thanks Again
