Handling multiple advertising accounts efficiently within a single interface
Hello Fizh,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Advertising Community Forum! My name is Pranavi, and I will be assisting you with this query.
We understand your query about adding Microsoft Ads to Search Ads 360.
When you create or edit a Microsoft Advertising account in Search Ads 360, you’ll need to authorize Search Ads 360 to access your Microsoft Advertising account.
You may be required to re-authorize Search Ads 360 if changes are made to the Microsoft Account that was used to authorize Search Ads 360. For example:
- Someone changed the password for the Microsoft Account.
- Someone made other changes to Microsoft Account's security settings.
- Someone added or removed Microsoft Advertising accounts or made other structural changes.
Note: The Microsoft Account may not be your Microsoft Account: it's the account that was used to authorize Search Ads 360 to manage your Microsoft Advertising account. Some types of changes to this account can cause Search Ads 360 to lose its authorization. If this happens, Search Ads 360 will prompt you to re-authorize.
So as per the information that you have provided, we assume that you already have a Microsoft Ads account, the only authorization that needs to be done is from SA360 side, you do not need to authorize anything from within the Microsoft Advertising account.
Please make sure that when linking to SA360, you are linking with a user that is set up in Microsoft Advertising
We also suggest you to please access the following Google help pages about this Authorize a Microsoft Advertising account - Search Ads 360 Help (google.com)
I hope that the above information is of help. I will be also sending you a private message where you can reply to us if you have any further queries, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you,
