Having purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus - I have entered the product key but every time I select which version to download (64 bit or 32 bit) I am sent to this site: http://offline.officeapps.live.com/outage.html
I have tried both 64 and 32. I've also tried downloading off different browsers and in private mode having followed advice found on forums from Microsoft support staff. None of these options have worked.
Searching for information online and through Co-pilot, I have found that it is an ongoing issue particularly with this product - I've not found any resolutions though.
Can you please confirm how I can download the product I've purchased or if Microsoft are willing to provide an alternative without re-purchasing?

From what I've researched, this usually happens when the product key is from a volume license or MSDN channel that isn't supported by the standard retail download site. Here's what I recommend based on my experience:
Check if your key is Volume Licensed: Try signing in to the Volume Licensing Service Center to see if your product is listed there.
Use the Office Deployment Tool: You can install Office using a custom config file and the official Office Deployment Tool. This method bypasses the broken web installer. If needed, I can help you build the XML file.
