Our team lost our KQL cluster after I accidentally deleted the resource group associated with the cluster. Is there any way to recover this? It's super urgent and important. The Gaia does not work that it's not responding any message.

Thank you.

    Hi @Emily Qian
    Thank you for the update.

I understand how critical this issue was, and I’m glad to hear you were able to resolve it by creating a support ticket. For awareness, in cases where an Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) cluster or the associated resource group is accidentally deleted, recovery may still be possible if the deletion falls within the soft-delete retention window (typically 14 days). During this window, the cluster can sometimes be restored through backend actions by Microsoft Support or the product team.

For others facing similar situations, raising a support request promptly is the recommended course of action to initiate recovery.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
